RETURNS POLICY

All of our plants are individual and unique, whilst we will provide you with a plant that closely resembles the advertised picture there will be some variances due to their unique nature. 

 

Damaged Goods

On rare occasions and despite careful packaging, a plant may become damaged in transit. If you notice significant damage once you have unwrapped the plant or product, please contact us within 7 days at info@threelittleleaves.co.uk and accompany your email with photos of the relevant issue.

Once the photos have been received, we will assess the issue and, if determined the damage is beyond that which may usually be expected when transporting live products we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Note, whilst some plants may sustain minor damage in transit such as the loss of a leaf, this will not affect the longevity of a plant in good health and would not typically be determined as damaged goods.

Changed your mind?

We understand that from time to time you may change your mind about your order - it may not fit the space you had allocated or it might just not be right for you. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

We will collect the item at a fee of £5 to cover the cost of the return, as long as they are in the same condition as they were when they arrived.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP via email at info@threelittleleaves.co.uk. We will be unable to cancel an order that has been dispatched.
