The Bright Star is a relatively low maintenance plant, requiring bright, indirect light – direct sun will see its leaves curl and scorch.
If its lovely colour starts to fade, it isn’t receiving enough light and will need to be moved.
Water when the top third of soil has started to dry out. If your leaves start to yellow, you are giving it too much water. Make sure to reduce the amount you water it in winter months.
During the summer months, your Bright Star can produce gorgeous white flowers, which last around a week at a time.
