Do you deliver nationally?
At the moment, we don't - we currently deliver within a 25 mile radius of Lymm in Cheshire (please check our shipping page to see the delivery area). We want to make sure that when we deliver nationally, that the products we are using are sustainable, that we can offset the delivery by planting a tree and that the plants will turn up in good condition! So please do keep checking back, as we do hope to deliver nationally in the near future.
What size plant pot will I need?
Your plant will be delivered in its nursery pot - the size is detailed on each product page. If you're looking to buy a pot to go with it, the general rule of thumb is to choose a pot at least 2-4cm in diameter bigger. Depending on the style of the pot, you can choose enormous pots that your plant can sit in, it's all down to personal choice!
What are the delivery times?
Please refer to our Shipping page in terms of delivery times - your plant will be delivered within 5-7 working days and we will contact you in advance to let you know the delivery date and to check any special instructions.
What if I don't like the plant and want to return it?
Everyone is entitled to change their mind - if you want to return your plant, you simply need to email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt and if the plant is in the same condition as it was when we delivered it, we will pick it up. There will be a £5 collection fee to cover costs.
I'm interested in a plant but you're not stocking it at present. Does your stock change?
The answer is, yes, our stock will change each time - depending on season, availability and demand. If there's a particular plant you're interested in, get in touch and let us know - we can looking at sourcing it for you - either as part of our next set of stock, or individually on your behalf!
Is it possible to do click and collect or is it delivery only?
Our plant store is in our house, so if you'd prefer to pick it up from Lymm, we can arrange that - if you contact us in advance of placing your order, we can send you a code to discount delivery and organise a collection time - we will have the plant ready for you when you arrive.
This is for a present - can I specify a date it needs to be there by?
If you're buying a plant for a present, we certainly don't want to spoil the party. Let us know if it needs to be there by a specific date and we'll do everything we can to make sure it reaches the recipient in time, with a gift note from yourself.
I've been given some gift vouchers, how do I redeem them?
To redeem your gift voucher, have a look at our shop and choose what you'd like to order, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the gift voucher code, the plants you'd like and where you'd like them delivering, and we'll do the rest!
